Can I reschedule my clinical interview?

Any reschedule will have to be made over the phone with our licensed staff and will require a rescheduling fee. You can reschedule your clinical interview by calling or texting our main office at (801) 388-2840.

What is the difference between an Assessment and an Express Assessment

A regular assessment will be completed and sent to you within 5-7 business days after your clinical interview with one of our counselors.

An express assessment will be completed and sent to you within 2-3 days of your clinical interview with one of our counselors.

Where are you located?

We are a fully online facility and complete our assessments, education classes, and treatment via online tools such as online forms and Zoom. Our Utah office is located 520 26th Street Suite #201 in Ogden, UT.  However, we do not hold regular office hours. The best way to reach us with questions or concerns is to call our main office 801-388-2840.

Are all of your courses online?

We offer all of services online. If you are having technical issues with any of our courses you can text our tech team at (801) 388-2358.

How long does it take to complete an online course?

After purchase of our assessment/evaluations you are able to schedule your virtual clinical interview the next day. After the clinical interview it takes our team 3-5 business days to send over your final assessment. Our Level 1 and Level 2 Online Education classes are taught at your own pace and include online workbooks, assignment and quizzes. Most clients complete the Level 1 online classes within 4 hours and complete the Level 2 online classes within 6 hours. Prime for Life is a class taught on the weekends via Zoom. Utah mandates that it is a 16 hour class so 8 hours are taught on Saturday and 8 hours are taught on Sunday. 

What times are you open?

You are able to purchase and work on your online courses 24/7 (excluding treatment). However, our support staff can be reached at (801) 388-2840 from 9:00am-6:00pm.

What is EAC refund policy?

EAC does not allow refunds. It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct service that the court ordered you to. If you have questions before you order a service from us feel free to call or text our main office at (801) 388-2840.

Where are you licensed to provide services?

We are one of the only companies licensed to offer online services in Utah state-wide.
