Utah's Second or Third Offense & Substance Abuse & Alcohol Assessment

You will have 3 months to complete your assessment with a counselor before your assessment expires and you will need to pay in full for a new assessment.
If you purchase the incorrect assessment you will be advised to pay the remainder before your appointment. 
ETHICAL ASSESSMENT CENTER DOES NOT PROVIDE SCREENINGS, ASSESSMENTS OR EVALUATIONS ON CASES THAT INVOLVE SEXUAL DEVIANCE OR SEXUAL CHARGES. TO IDENTIFY IF YOUR CHARGES FIT INTO THE ABOVE CRITERIA PLEASE RESEARCH YOUR POLICE REPORT AND/OR THE WITNESS STATEMENTS.
This course is for anyone ordered to a Substance Abuse Assessment for a second or third offense meaning you have plead guilty to other criminal charges in the last 10 years (traffic citations not included) IF YOUR CURRENT CHARGES ARE FELONY RELATED PLEASE PURCHASE THE FELONY ASSESSMENT. If you purchase the wrong assessment your appointment will be canceled and you will be contacted to pay the difference.
