Approval
Currently EAC is only offering ASAM 1.0 Treatment to clients who have completed an assessment or evaluation with us.
If you have completed your assessment or evaluation with EAC please email eduaction@eacutah.com and ask for the ASAM 1.0 Payment Link or call/text our main office at 801-388-2840.
Pricing
EAC offers a full payment of $1200 or a payment plan of $700 up front and $700 before your last session.
Flow
You will attend 4 group sessions and 4 individual sessions, one of each a week.
