Why Do I Have To Pass Off My Online Course?

You MUST pass off your online course with one of our trained staff to receive a post test score of comprehension.  This identifies to the court that you not only took the course, but that you understand the concepts and are ready to implement the tools provided.

Can I Reschedule My Clinical Interview?

Any reschedule will have to be made over the phone with our licensed staff and will require a $25 rescheduling fee.  You can reschedule your clinical interview by calling or texting our main office at (801) 388-2840.

What Is The Difference Between An Assessment And An Express Assessment?

A regular assessment will be completed and sent to you within 5-7 business days after your clinical interview with one of our counselors.  

An express assessment will be completed and sent to you within 2-3 days of your clinical interview with one of our counselors.

Where Are You Located?

Our Utah office is located at 470 24th St. #201 in Ogden, UT.  This location is currently operating in a hybrid capacity.  Any in-person meeting needs to be scheduled with our staff before we can admit you into our office.  If you need help or have questions regarding your court ordered course or assessment please call or text our main office (801) 388-2840.  

Are All The Courses Online?

We offer all of services online, including Prime for Life.  All online courses must be passed off with one of our trained staffers.  If you are having technical issues with any of our courses you can text our IT Department at (801) 388-2358.

How Long Does It Take To Complete An Online Course?

Our online courses are self-paced where you can go as fast or slow as you would like.   Most clients are able to complete the course in 4-6 hours.  However, you have up to 30 days to complete your online course before it will expire. 

What Time Are You Open?

You are able to purchase and work on your online course 24/7.  However, our support staff can be reached at (801) 388-2840 from 8:30am-6pm and our IT Department can be reached through text at any time of the day.

Does EAC Offer Refunds?

No, we do not allow refunds.  It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct service that the court ordered you to.  If you have questions before you order a service from us feel free to call or text our main office at (801) 388-2840.

Are You JRI Certified?

Yes, we are JRI certified as offering services state-wide.

Where Does EAC Offer Services?

EAC is the only substance abuse treatment center in the state of Utah that is identified as offering services state-wide.  Our online courses can be completed anywhere.

How Is EAC Addressing COVID-19 And Social Distancing?

EAC has been offering online courses and services for over 5 years.  So our quality of service has not changed.   We are following state guidelines to ensure that physical social interaction between our staff is minimal and we are currently no longer offering in-person assessments at our Ogden location.
