You MUST pass off a workbook with one of our counselors to receive a post test score of comprehension. This identifies to the court that you not only took the course, but that you understand the concepts and are ready to implement the tools provided.
2. How Do I Write My Answers In The Workbook
Throughout your workbook there are questions in a blue box with a pencil or lines where you could typically write an answer. To answer these questions highlight the question with your cursor and a pop up box will appear with options, select "make a note". You can write your answers in the notes. You are also able to edit your answers if you would like.
3. Can I reschedule my clinical interview?
No, after you have scheduled your initial clinical interview you cannot go back and reschedule your appointment. Any reschedule will require a $25 rescheduling fee.
4. What is the difference between an assessment and an express assessment?
A regular assessment will be completed and sent to you within 5-7 business days of your clinical interview with one of our counselors. An express assessment will be completed and sent to you within 2-3 days of your clinical interview with one of our counselors.
5. Where are you located?
Our office is located at 470 24th St. #201 in Ogden, UT. This location is currently operating in a hybrid capacity. Any in-person meeting needs to be schedule with our staff before we can admit you into our office. 6. Are all the courses online?
We offer all of courses online, including Prime for Life. All online courses must be passed off with one of our counselors. If you are having technical issues with any of our courses you can text our IT Department at (801) 388-2358.
7. How long does it take to complete an online course?
Our online courses are self-paced where you can go as fast or slow as you would like. Most clients are able to complete the course in 4-6 hours. However, your online course must be passed within 30 days of purchase or it will expire.
8. How is EAC addressing the COVID-19 social distancing?
EAC has been conducting online courses and assessments for over 5 years. So our quality of service has not changed. We are following state guidelines to ensure that physical social interaction between our staff is minimal and we are currently no longer offering in-person assessments at our Ogden location.
9. What time are you open?
You are able to purchase and work on your online course 24/7. However, our support staff can be reached at (801) 388-2840 from 8:30am-6pm and our IT Department can be reached through text at any time.
10. Does EAC offer refunds?
No, we do not allow refunds. It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct course that the court ordered you to.
11. Are you JRI certified?
Yes, we are JRI certified state-wide.
12. Where do you guys offer services?
EAC is the only substance abuse treatment center that is classified as state-wide. Our online courses can be taken and passed off anywhere.
